Job Centre Plus There are a variety of free advice services for anyone who is unwaged. Most can be accessed through your local Job Centre Plus.
Connexions Direct If you are aged 13 to 19, you can use the Connexions service for free careers advice. They have advisers in all schools & colleges. This is the national web site, but there are local offices everywhere.
Business Link North East Business Link specialise in offering a whole spectrum of business advice and enterprise information to anyone who needs it.
North East Nextstep North East Nextstep offer free careers advice and guidance for some adults aged 20+ in the area who have not yet achieved a first full level 2 qualification.
Redcar Routes to Employment Redcar routes to employment offers a network of support for residents of Redcar and Cleveland who need assistance to return to the working environment.
A Finance Career A Finance Career aims to give jobseekers the best information about the range of careers in all aspects of finance. The site map also provides links to their information sites for other career areas.
Act Positive Act Positive are a Newcastle based organisation who offer training (for individuals and corporate) via novel drama based methods. One of our training partners.
CV Poster.com CV Poster aims to give jobseekers the best chance to get their CV seen by UK recruiters. As well as placing your CV into a searchable database they e-mail your CV to registered recruiters who wish to receive CV's from your industry sector.
Learning and Skills Council The Learning and Skills Council North East funds and organises education and training in our area.
Tutor Hunt Tutor Hunt is a free service for both pupils and tutors. Tutor Hunt strives to make finding a local tutor as painless as possible.
